Question Introducing Mystery Snails to 5gal tanks?

I got two gold mystery Snails from Petsmart today for two of my three tanks! Super excited! I was hesitant to get them but a friend who owned one convinced me, and it was too cute to watch its little sucker face inch over the glass.

The first thing I noticed when I brought them home is that one of them has some white stringy algae looking gunk stringing from its eye stalk. The other one has green (what looks like algae?) on its shell.
Should I be worried about this? I want to quarantine these guys for a little bit anyway to make sure they're not pregnant and such, but I want to know if the white and green stuff is more serious.

Thanks!

the green stuff is just algae, which is normal to be on a snail's shell. Its harmless.

I dont know about the white stuff.

Invertebrates should be quarantined and acclimated like fish, but take extra care because sometimes they are extra fragile.
