It's actually all good it seems. Someone wrote into the organization manager and they said that they did put some of the leftover fish in the pond as they are native to the area. Phew....no worries, well except for the fish others may not know how to take care of :/

I would have done the same exact thing. We have a ton of retention ponds around where I live (pretty much in every neighborhood). The ponds are well maintained and there are tons of other fish in there that are released by the game committees each month during fishing season.
