does anyone know if AQ salt kills plants

my betta has fin rot and i'm thinking about adding salt but i'm worried it will kill my plants

Yes it can, most plants don't like salt.

I have to say tho, my anubias and javas handle salt fine...guess is depends on the plant...not sure however if it will limit the plants life expectancy as ive only had them for 1 month but they are still bright green with no rot and they are in my hospital tank with 1 tbsp of AQ salt everyday during my treatments.

anubias is hardy and dies slowly. java fern can survive in brackish settings
