Red face BETTA COBALT Shrimp Pellets..?

Hello everyone who sees and responds to my thread... I appreciate every ones judgements on my decision of buying this fish food called Cobalt Shrimp Pellet.... UMMM.... I think it was actually for large fishes.... ;_;

But If any of you Betta lovers has been through with this feel free to tell me... But anyways... it seems that the pellets are too large for them to eat and so hard... goodness I have never fed pellets and these pellets are too large and still they do not accept them easily even when softened afterwards...

What are other ways I could feed them... with the Cobalt Shrimp Pellets?

That is what I have been doing lately.. but thanks for you suggestions... though one thing is that they still do not accept them.... perhaps because I already fed them before with NLS (new life spectrum) flakes...

I think that if i starve them abit then they will readily accept them.... : O

sorry!

Is it possible to smash the pellets up? Betta's stomachs are the size of their eye.......

what is the crude protein content on the back of the food?
Mine is 45%, the more protein the better. the ingrediants shouldnt contain much wheat gluten or fillers. It should be mostly carnivorus
