Talking Finally have all 3 tanks set up!

Over the weekend by boyfriend helped me set up the last of my 3 tanks, which means Richard finally has his proper home & no more stressing out about finding money to buy everything :P

& so here we are, all 3 tanks, & all 3 very happy Betta's:

Getting plants ready for the last one;

& Richard [& if you look closely, 3 neons named Felicia, Tick & Ralph];

Oh! I suck with plants..i have lucky bamboo type in my tanks..hopefully someone can help you with that.

i love your tanks, but those tanks look too small for neons, neons need ATELAST 15 gal, as they like large schools. Also, they can be big fin-nippers!

Nice tanks, i bet your bettas are happy!

Thanks. I've been watching them just because Im aware of the fin nipping, but nothing yet. I just got them to see how they go. If anything Richard chases them more than they do him. Im not going to let them do anything to each other though. As soon as I see something, I'll remove them.

Well there are a few hardy plants you can raise depeending on the size of plant and type. There is java fern, anubias, and bolbitus. These are really hardy plants that don't require much lighting and don't grow very tall. Now be aware there are several types of each with varying leaves and growth patterns.

Now if you looking for something tall or floating my dad recommended to me anachris. It grows in bunches and up to 24" tall and can grow floating on the water's surface.

I hope this get's you started and gives you something to do some research on.
