I place a small tiny piece of the frozen blood worms in the dish/container. Add a spoonful of water. Let sit for maybe a minute. Use the eyedropper to pick them up one a time. Some people use tweezers (it gets kinda messy). Or chopsticks, or a tooth pick. Dangle over water. Usually they will snap them right up.

:) and freeze driend blood worms arent too great for the poor fih since it isnt nutritionally complete :D pellets are a better staple

pellets are also easier to feed, and alot less gross *nods* NLS and Omega One are the popular ones.
