(politically charged thread title)

I didn't see any name-calling. What I did see was one member not being willing to listen and accept that others have opinions and that there might be others who *gasp* know more than he does. I think the thread was civil except for that one incendiary element. Same with the Fish banning in San Francisco thread. The op and other members were discussing the issue civilly, no arguments except one member, who kept complaining. Reminded me of that one person in a crowd who is really loud just so everyone will look at him and listen to him only.

They were not being civil to me either and I am pretty sure what you just said was against thread rules Sakura8 agreed with me on the civil part that everyone was being uncivil.

Honestly I didnt see it that way but sometimes civility goes out the window when others aren't willing to listen. You need to learn to accept that others have opinions that differ from yours and that there are others in the forum that know more than you do. Like kfryman pointed out about reputable sourcew on the internet which you kept refuting with "but its a search engine" A search engine is not a source; its a search engine.

Sorry but you're wrong here. You don't see it anymore because I removed or cleaned up the posts.

A member was called an idiot and ignorant. I don't care how much you want to argue (although I don't see the point) but language like that is uncalled for and members who continue will be banned.
