I have an iPhone so I can be on the Internet while I don't have power.

I'm not too worried about the bioload because I am removing water and gradually adding warm water all throughout the day so they are getting fresh water, I'm just worried that not feeding them will stress them out and make them more prone to diseases but I'm not sure.

not feedin wont cause stress.
however stress can cause a lack of apetite.
if your water is still running and you can do water changes. go right ahead.

If you still have water, go ahead and feed them. If you don't have water, don't feed them at all. The more they eat, the more they poop. The more they poop the more ammonia. You're doing good about adding warm water. Since you can't be home just wrap blankets and towels around the tanks to keep the warmth from escaping.
