There is a guy on my campus who was banned there a year ago or something bc he's like got Turrett's (or whatever the spellling is) and something else- maybe biopolar. Anyway, he hurt someone and harrasses everyone. It's okay to tell someone he's bothering your friend, the school needs to uphold everybody's safety. The guy is allowed back on campus now and everybody knows what he is like and he sees a therapist and has a counsellor on campus. I think he's doing a science degree. lol
Usually Tourrett'es syndrome by itself isn't dangerous. Wonder if that guy has something else wrong. Tourette's is only vocal in nature along with facial tics, as in the people can't control what they say. Scary though.
