You can breed them when they are conditioned for weeks.
People usually breed them after a month of breeding if they want to.

Okay so first you will need the following supplies in roughly this order:
- live / frozen foods (conditioning)
- IAL (conditioning and spawning)
- 10 gal spawn tank (with snug fitting lid and light that can stay on 24 h straight)
- sponge / blocked filter
- fully submersible heater (adjustable reccomended)
- Live plants
- live food cultures
- turkey baster
- Jars 50 - 100
- Betta pellets (for when fry are weaned off live food)
- Homes for the fry
