Cloudy looking water

After I did a water changed, added some plastic plants and re-arrange the temp and the leaf bed thing, I put in the water conditioner (Recommend dose) and beneficial bacteria supplement (Recommend dose)

What is causing the cloudy looking water?

Also I went and bough a API Accu-Clear thing for it, will that work?

Thanks!

Did you test the plastic plants with pantyhose first? Kinda off topic but just making sure.

As for cloudy water, what kind of substrate are you using? Sand, gravel or bare bottom? I use Top Fin water clarifier and it works good, I've also heard the Aqueon works good too. Never use the API

I rinsed the plants thoroughly using warm water, and I have a gravel substrate.

The BB supplement could be causing a bacterial bloom. Is the tank new? It usually clears up on its own after a few water changes.

No, I did a routine water change. I'm pretty sure its the BB since it only happens after I bought it and added the thing.

Thanks everyone! :D
