Lithops?!

So has anyone heard of the "living stone" plant Lithops? Does anyone own any? How do you care for them and what are some reliable resources I can look up to? I'm probably gonna get one that has already grown, so not the little packets of seeds. I only know that they don't need much water and how they look like but thats it. You know those little betta half gallons (http://www.petsmart.com/product/inde...AvailInUS%2FNo), see that place where they have the gravel? Well could I put the Lithops in there and then surround the outer place with grass? Or should i just get a plain clay pot?
