I need help about my Betta

Are you using tap water? Without the water conditioner the chlorine in it will kill your fish. Water conditioner is essential.

No she is using bottled water which is better than unconditioned tap water. But get some dechlorinator as soon as you can. Tap water with conditioner added is best because it has more minerals than bottled :)

I agree with finnfinnfriend and Myates. Bottled water does not contain as many minerals that bettas need as tap water. It is better to go with conditioned tap water. Although bettas are solitary fish, they do not like to be alone... Imagine living your life without seeing another living creature :O No matter how solitary an animal is, they do tend to get lonely. An exercise mirror may help with this.
