Saw one at petsmart the other night.. wanted him soo bad but don't have my second tank set up yet.. waiting for it to be shipped! he prob wont be there by the time everything is set up.. oh well.. hopefully he went to a good home!

Very pretty fish! I'm in college too, and got my first betta a few months ago- they're fantastic company.

Just be sure to clean his tank very often if it is small. I mean, definitely always clean on a regular basis but look into tank-cleaning specifics for your tank size to make sure he'll be a happy fish! :)

thats a very niced coloured betta. i love the colours on it. ive seen such colours similar (light blue and red like my avy but red edged fins) but they had definete boundaries, not like that widely spread and splotched on the body and fins.

Wow! He is ssooo pretty!!! Bubble nests come from their natural instinct!!! Even the sick bettas in cups build bubble nests!! I'v seen it!!! >.<
