Oatmeal-
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup water
Toppings
Put the oats in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2:30 (this is for large flake oats, quick, instant, and steel cut are different) take out, and top with whatever you want. I like 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1/2 a mashed banana, or dicing apple and putting it in before I cook it so that the apple cooks and I get apple pie oatmeal. Top with cinnamon. A great, healthy way to fill you up all day :)
