Moving closer to a pet store

Well, my hubby and I are moving next month probably, and we will be in the same city as the pet store (instead of 3 hours away). I told him, he'd have to keep me out of the pet store or we'll be in trouble. He said, "No, we'll just have to let you go in with certain guidelines and restrictions, I'm not opposed to you getting more Bettas and I would like a cat or a dog or maybe both. (This pet store only does adoptions for cats and dogs, so they are rescue babies :D ) So, you'd have to go in the store with a very specific plan, and budget and stick to that."
Alright everybody, I will become the crazy fish lady before you know it!!
