New Tank

Just got my new 5gl tank in the mail yesterday!


I'm biting at the bit to get it started up soon...!!

But still a bit undecided on what kind of decor to go with.. Want to go more natural looking with fake plants, etc.. and to make sure fishy will be comfortable too. (been looking for aquarium safe fake bamboo)

I'm also not happy with my other tanks look either so I might want to change that out too sometime in the future..

so anyone have any good ideas..??

Well, nothing looks more natural than nature - real driftwood, real rocks and real plants are the way to go if you really want it to look natural. Most of the stuff sold in petstores look very fake, pink gravel, purple plants, skulls! If you have to go with fake stuff then find the most natural looking things they have, browns, greens, grays and greens with maybe just a splash of a dark red or rust color here and there.
