Should I be concerned?

Over the past few days I noticed Benzema has become very aggressive towards everything in his tank. He goes around hitting everything with his tail the plants and the decor. I don't know if this is a sign of parasites or stress or if its just normal. I see no signs of him having any parasites or anything

He lives in a three gallon tank heated to 76 degrees Celsius No friends in the tank change the water 100% water change weekly I have pothos plants in there to regulate the ammonia level

Is he having trouble swimming? He's hitting them or bumping into them as he swims through? Don't suppose you can get a video? It's hard to say without seeing it.

He is just whipping them with his tail. He seems totally normal but then spontaneously will just whip the plants. He is impossible to video tape and its very spontaneous and he does it very quickly

He is swimming normally though

Hmm, I don't think I'd worry about it unless it gets worse or he stops eating, becomes lethargic.
