I know. I have been feeding three fish for over a year on the same container and it's not even 1/3 of the way gone. o-o

They really should make the containers for betta food smaller. I hate seeing food go to waste. Even if I used that food until the expiration date (which is in 2 more years) I bet it still wouldn't be half empty...

I used to have a job in a fish laboratory and the people there kept the fish flakes in the fridge. They said, if they keep it outside it starts growing mold after some time. I've never seen mold in my fish food at home, but I store it in the fridge just in case.
