I'd suggest brine shrimp or lvie bloodworms because I know that they're rather cheap if that worries you. They're also more accessible for me so thats what I plan on getting.

But to keep it simple, some live and some dry is good. Just be careful with the ingredients on the dry food.

Frozen isn't always as healthy, as a lot of times the freezing process eliminates a good amount of nutrition.

I used frozen brine shrimp and after awhile it started to stink so I tossed it.

All foods rot my new life spectrum for bettas stinks terribly I just think it is the ingredants.
