Question - please answer this

Why won't my fish eat? He just takes the food and spits it right back out. I don't know why. He's also bloated and hasn't been doing the best over the past few days as he was sitting on the ground and only coming up for air. I think also he started pine coning a bit. He's now moving and swimming around but he still won't eat. I even bought him some blood worms (the manager at the pet store thought i'd give it a try). So i put some in and he wont eat them either.

What size is your tank? 1.5 or 2 gallons
What temperature is your tank? Not sure, don't have a thermometer
Does your tank have a filter? no
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? no
Is your tank heated? yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? none

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? omega one: betta pellets
How often do you feed your betta fish? 2 times day, 2-3 pellets

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? everyday
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 25% every day then 100% every 3rd day
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? water conditioner, AQ salt, stress coat

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? he's bloated and has a touch of pine coning on the bloated part
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? he used to sit at the bottom but now he swims around a bit and still sits at the bottom
When did you start noticing the symptoms? 3 days ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I changed his water 100% and added epsom salt to help him a bit (this was a day ago), i went out today and bought AQ salt and put some in his tank.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? not too sure, he is recovering from fin rot and i think he has sores on the top of his head, which are healing from the treatment i have been giving him.
How old is your fish (approximately)? I have no idea, i've had him for 2 months now.

I've attached images of his bloatness and the red spots on the top of his head.

When Carter gets Omega one he gets one Pellet daily because they are huge.

okay, lol. I used to do that, but I think I changed because he was starving. But I could start giving him one once again. I'm going to fast him for a few days though and see if the bloating goes down.

I would go with 2 daily I feed Carter many brands.
