Aqueon Full spectrum T5 12"

I just bought a used 15gal tank, and the light fixture only takes the Aqueon T5 bulb. I plan on planting the tank, but the only bulb i can find is 8000k. Is that going to be good enough for the plants??

I just got a new light for my tank. Changed from the Colormax bulbs to the Full Spectrum....Within 2 hrs of changing the bulbs the hornswort in my tank started to grow noticably and in the past 2 days its now full of life and about 3 inches taller
