I agree with the delta/double tail/elephant ear. He's beautiful.

I got him at the Petco here in Bloomington, Indiana. I was torn between him and another beautiful white and light blue tipped betta, but he was more responsive towards me so I went with him. He had some poo in his cup and it was filled ALL the way to the top! I had to walk so slowly to the bathroom with it just so I wouldn't spill it all over the floor! I don't know how the little guy was breathing.

Poor guy :( I'm actually surprised he wasn't culled by the breeder. He's a lucky fish to end up with you.

Right? Because of that tail and how it didn't really split properly.
Oh well! I thought he was pretty and he's very active! (=

Almost definitely a halfmoon doubletail. Has he flared? Does his tail stretch to a complete 180?

He did flare, but I didn't notice his tail. He was at the back of his tank flaring at my other betta.
