Problem with water temp/room temp help please

It's best to get an adjustable one. People really seem to like Hydor and Elite, but most of the time you have to order them online. I haven't been able to find any around here that are adjustable and under 100watts.

This would also fix your having to buy all five at one time problem. :p

They are especially good because some of the presets work well for some and not for others depending on the room temp and the tank size, and also if your room temp tends to fluctuate significantly in the different seasons. I see that a lot, here.

Awesome information. Yeah the weather here is very drastic. I haven't spent a winter in this condo, so this will be interesting. But the summer was definitely hot here. I generally don't buy a fan, but it was necessary. Especially since I'm a heater myself, but I don't think I can cuddle the boys lol

That's the one I have that heated up my 1 gallon to 90 (my room temp was about 71). It's in my 2.5 gallon now keeping the water at about 76.
I suggest an adjustable one like the Hydor Theo. That one is great. I have one in my 5 gallon and one in my 1 gallon.
