My first Betta

Hi all! I am new here and this is my Betta, he doesn't have a name yet. Trying to find something that fits his personality.

First picture is super blurry because I was trying to catch him flaring for no reason, but it shows his colors when light hits him just right. Other wise he is very very dark blue, dark purple and dark red/burnt orange looking.








Any way I love him! And your forum has been so helpful for me to get my little guy a good home, I have been lurking for some time. Thanks!

He is really pretty. I like the dark tips on his fins and the blue patch on his back. He looks almost like a Darius or an Allistair to me. Let me know what you decide for the name :)

Maybe Vladimir or Lancelot? Usually the best names are those that the owner comes up with :) I'm sure you'll find the perfect name.

So true! Had Algernon for a month and I fell in love with another betta and brought him home!

I have 11 males and 9 females
monday im picking up 2 more males. and what ever else i take a fancy too

How about Nadir? It means dearly loved or precious. Ha, I'm very bad with names, especially since I don't know his personality. My most recent bettas name, Bahari, came from someone else on this site :p
