So I decided I liked my son's tank so much I would get me a tank for myself in my own room. So I got a 10g and everything I needed Instead of the reg filter that comes with the tank I switched over to a whisper filter since the old tank( we got it from somone) I did no tlike the Bio filter God only knows what was on it. as we went to the LFS, which upon spending two weeks reading this forum I went in knowing what I needed. because the LFS guy is chinese or one of those and wont tell you anything about whats good and whats not. Then you got Walmart an the Fishstore in the mall which are completely helpless. As I was at the LFS I Spotted their Betta's all in about 4ozglass jar's all right up next to each other I mean RIGHT up. So of course I looked through them all and found one that you can tell was very stressed ( he was in the MIDDLE of the cluster). So anyways I got him home and quickly got a bowl being as my mom saw the water and was like "DONT Put that water in the tank.". So I put some of the treated tank water and the water he came in into the bowl wrapped him in towls untill the tank reached 78f.
the first picture is of when he first got into the tank im not sure if you can see how pail he is I think he was very clamped and even last night I worried about him because before I left for work he was resting on the plants. I moved the plants out I had them bunched up for a bit but now they are all around. I am thinking about calling him Sapphire but I dont know if that doesnt sound like a girly name
