I wouldn't pay 20'000 for any animal. That's ridiculous. It is one heck of piece of eye candy though!! It's gorgeous :D
Sakura, I know rats squabble over silly things like toys and they do have a hierarchy so I'd say they're just play fighting. I think if they were fighting you would see blood and a lot more squeeking.
I guess when you look at it that way... But on the other hand there's people throwing $10k at a model ship, or $100k on some fancy antique car or whatnot. I wouldn't pay that much for a car... It all depends on your interests. We'd all splurge on something if we were filthy rich, I'm sure. :p Posted via Mobile Device
Aww, Kinetic. :( I guess this is why the lady at my pet store said she recommended rats over hamsters cause hamsters bite. I hope MoMo comes around and trusts you soon!
I'm too cheap and frugal to spend that much money. I would spend that on a vacation probably. ANd I still would look for the deals on everything, so maybe I wouldn't spend that much. If I was filthy rich, I'm sure I would donate a lot of money to helping others. And not for the media glory like Brangelina.
The rats themselves weren't too bad. The cages and supplies are what's gonna cost me.
Now try feeding 7 cats a decent quality food. We buy at least two 16 lb bags of food a month. The Purina food they were on cost $35 but I switched them recently back to Iams, whcih is oh so slightly cheaper at maybe $30.
