sooo i heard that when the betta eggs hatch i should remove the father right away right??

Once you see fry swimming horizontally then you should take the father out. Good luck raising!

You don't want to remove right when they hatch.. still need daddy's help for a bit. As mentioned before, once they go from vertical to horizontal then you can remove him if you wish.
