He jumped out of the tank a few days ago, I had him in a shallow bowl for a day before he was strong enough to swim on his own. I noticed his eyes right away but i just figured they were just irritated from being out of water for almost an hour. His fins have been fine until today they are transparent in a lot of places and have holes all over the place. Ive also noticed some changes in the tank Ive noticed the snails have become very active.
