Treat Ich

How can i treat ich without medication? Or at least slow down the spreading. Im not broke but i dont live near a pet store so i purchase everything online. How can i hold off the disease for a few days while the product being shipped to me?

P.S I tested the water, nothing wrong with it, pH normal, no ammonia, the betta lives with 3 ottos in a 10 gallons tank (1 of the ottos died without me knowing since they always hiding and i didnt find it probably sometimes later idk if that could contribute to the cause)

Heat! Turn the heat up slowly over a 24 hr period to 86F. Meds are not needed, up your water changes to every other day with a good vacuuming. The Ich can look worse before getting better & can take up to 3 wks to go away. Make sure to leave the heat up for at least a week after you see the last spot then slowly lower it. Oh, you'll want to add some extra filtration probably, like an air stone, higher temps lower the oxygen in the water.
