Coloring up?

How long did it take for all of your spawns to color up? or around what age were they before they did?

Don't really pay attention to this. I think I can determine color by 1 month, though most will show stress lines more often.

Can you determine color by the color of their stress lines? Say if the body is still cellophane looking but stress lines are blue, would that be a blue fish?

Depends,my fries colour up when they are 3 weeks old.
In my previous spawn(salamander X salamander),the fries colour up at 2 weeks old.
The first colour was turquoise/green and now the're red with butterfly banding.

Some color before the others. It takes about 4 weeks for most of them to have started coloring or be mostly colored.

Usually stress lines are black or blackish. So if it is blue, then I'd say yes - it would be the fry's color. When fry still show stress lines, their body will show slight color. This is easier to identify if it's not a marble, fancy, or light colors.
