Flaring from reflection?

My betta keeps seeing her reflection in the side of her aquarium and flaring at it. Will this stress her out or hurt her from doing it so often?

Too much flaring can damage fins. If you want you can add a background.

They can make bubblenests too.

My female flares, it's just not as pronounced as my male. She has a much smaller beard than he has, but it's there. You can't see it when she's not flaring, and even sometimes you can't see it when she flares. You can see the outline of his beard all the time and it's much, much larger than hers when he flares.
She also makes random, small bubble nests all over her tank when she gets eggy. His are very planned out, large, and obvious - around his fake plant, along the wall by his live plant and heater.

Females flare just as males.. usually not as much, but they do. Females are just as aggressive as males.. just don't always show it :) Their beards are a bit smaller than the males.

It won't harm her, eventually she will get used to it and ignore it for the most part. When she is tired she will swim away.. but I wouldn't worry too much about it, especially if she does take breaks from flaring.

My Male does not even flare or Bubblenest (unless sick).

Thanks so much! I have been leaving her tank light off. She only sees the reflection while the lights on. It's kind of cute to watch her get all worked up over nothing though. She looks so proud of herself haha.
