Beta And Zebra?

If I have 4 zebra danios and i put 1 male beta in there would it be ok? and if i have a smaller one of the zebra danios will he eat them? and its a 10 gallon freshwater tank w/ heater and filter.

my friend had zebras witha betta. the betta would try nipping at them but they are very fast

They're generally considered to be too active for a betta and too active to be in a 10 gallon tank.

I might be worried about the danios nipping the betta's fins. It could go the other way as well. A little too risky for me. Oh, the constant movement of the danios may stress the betta out too, depending on his personality.
