Smile What lighting to get for my Betta??

I've just got my first Betta fish today, the tank is only 17L & it didnt come with any lighting.
I was wondering what the best kind (& cheapest running) of light I can get, that can be easily fitted?
Is anybody able to offer any advice please, as I really want my Betta to be as happy as pos.
Thank you.

Incandescent is going to be the cheapest. It gives off a mellow kind of "yellow" tint. That is what I have in my 10g as of now. They do tend to get pretty warm so careful with that.

Fluorescent is more expensive. They are brighter, they don't get real warm. I don't think they last very long though. (maybe I have bad luck)
