...about how long did it take for the "pin holes" to go away? My betta's fins are growing back (although stringy and twirly, but growing back nonetheless!) but the pin holes are still there! Any suggestions?

well you got to get bettafix or just watch it the curly tail is normal my moms fish has it but thats it dont use mellafix can or cannot be harmful if you love your fish you woudnt take the chance

Just saying, bettafix has the same ingredients as melafix (but diluted) , and neither are recommended for labrynth fish
