New Life Spectrum or Atisons Pro are great.

Atison's pro was discontinued years ago.

NLS and Omega One are the only ones I've found which fit the bill of using multiple sources of whole fish with lower wheat.

There was just an advertisment in Decembers Tropical Fish Magazine. http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...w=1366&bih=556 IBC seems to sell it.

Do you treat the water with a dechlorinater before adding it to the tank?

IBC ran out over a year ago - I know I used to buy from them. They may still carry the normal line.

Never use mirrors with male Bettas, it causes severe stress cause they can never win, or scare the (as they see it) intruder from his area.
Bettas i.e. Siamese fighting fish, were trained to fight to the death and bets were made on the fight.
Mirror training was used to make the fish instantly flare and fight, but sometimes this had an adverse effect as the betta became withdrawn and clamped.
Hope this helps
