(this is regarding the article I posted. Misters mom didn't want to go to the gyno anytime soon and the article says new opinions of doctors now recommend getting testing for certain things done at 21 instead of earlier. So, she has quite of bit of time before she has to get checked out for stuff. :) )

That makes sense.

I'm too high risk to follow the new guidelines. But I can see how someone with no gynecological problems or family history of reproductive cancer wouldn't see the point of getting a pap smear every single year. But I think every 5 years is a bit too infrequent. I would probably get tested every 3 years if cancer didn't run in my family like a track star.

CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I HATE CRAMPS WHEN I GET MY PERIOD...

Also PMS is hell on my depression. Some days I wish they could just remove my uterus and we can call it a day. T.T

I want kids, and afterwards I'll get a hysterectomy.I hate my uterus, and actually, tip reproductive diseases DO run in my family, cervical cancer, ovarian cysts, things like that...... but it didn't help plan until later on in their lives.

Mine would be PMS-ing. Everything just annoys me, and I start lashing out at people/things without meaning to.

Another would be the feeling of something leaking out of me during my period. It feels just....wrong.

Hahahaha, sorry! But if I made you feel disgust when reading that, then I did a pretty good job at conveying my feelings about it. Lols

It's like my period likes to mess with me, it starts getting ready to come like a week or more prior and I am all sitting here twiddling my thumbs like "I'm waiiiting!" It gets tiring after a while.

And the pads lately are really irritating me. I have considered switching to cloth ones, but that is a lot more work. I dunno what to do :(.
