Nipped emergency.

So the youngest female I have is a Crowntail named Midnight. I just checked on the bettas today and I have had to separate 2 of the 5 females. I have the worst one in the 1.5 gallon tank and the other one in a 1gallon. My boyfriend suggested that I let them all stay in the 10 gallon and go at it. I am posting pictures below of what she was before and what she looks like now. I am in shock about it. She was a cute little girl now she is completely shredded. She has no dorsal fin, anal fin, or tail fin. I am just completely pissed off now. I have 3 of the females in the 10 gallon tank still. Should I keep them separated or put them back together and let them go at it? I am one very pissed mommy.

I woud add some stress coat and aquarum salt so her fins can have a little help growing back. And most defintaly keep them seperated DO NOT let them all just "go at it".
