Maracyn + Epsom salt

Is there any issue with using Maracyn (erythromycin) simultaneously with Epsom salt?

I'm currently adding 1 teaspoon Epsom salt (per gallon), as my HM who recently bloated, had started floating again and become constipated.

He also has severe fin rot. I was only able to get Maracyn (erythromycin). (Petsmart was out of everything else.)

I know that some meds are high in salt. But I don't see any other ingredients listed on the Maracyn label.

I don't want to stop the Epsom salt, since he's having buoyancy issues. But I need to stop his fins from falling off, too.
