We came home from vacation to find our old man betta Einstein (age four - five years) a little lethargic. He has a bulge on one side of his body. He had a slight bulge before we left but was as active as can be. Any advice on what might cause it? He lives in a 2 gallon tank with an air filter and a light - his water is changed often and we always treat with bowl buddies. He gets fed betta flakes.....
