They have them in the store yup, I saw close to 30 in one of the tanks. They look pretty young right now but all were active and eating so that was a great sign.

I didn't think I would find another fishy to love but wow Capy is just such a goose already. It also helps he looks nothing like Aquarius and he's my first plk :D I'm thinking I love this tail type most now >.<

Going to get more pics soon to see what his color is and how his conformation is. I would LOVE to breed him, he has pretty clean color. Some of the nicest between his brothers.

also he is 26 in this video if it can give you a better quality view of him and how lovely he is.

It's well worth the trip, they are closed till Tuesday though but wait til Wensday when they get a new shipment.

Did you give Gram a proper hug? Did you sneak him in past mom and dad?

I did, she took me to the Betta Shop, a drive she wasn't comfortable with but we enjoyed the trip together. I brought him in the house and my grandma told my mom I got another fish and said "Oh just let her have him, what harm will it do to your house/ Not like he's going to pee all over the carpet."

My grandma seems to have gotten bitten by the betta bug now xD she was walking all over the place saying 'You should get him...and him...and him." :P Maybe this summer I'll help her set up a little tank in her bedroom.

That is so adorable, I love your Grandma!
Thanks for the heads up on the hours, the shop is only like 15 minutes from my house but I'd rather not drive down there and have it be closed!

By the way, I think I love my PK the most too...he seems to have the most spunk :) Plus I feel like I saved his life and so there's that too, haha.

If you check their website they normally post weekly video's of the betta they get in too. You can call ahead and even have them hold fish for you and after buying 10 betta you get one free. Also order in just about every plant and don't quote me but it looks like they sell IAL :D

I am soooo going to try and get into breeding this summer, got a 20 gallon for a grow out tank and soon two colony's of brine shrimp so yay.
