API Ammonia Test Kit - Proper Disposal

How do those of you that test for ammonia levels dispose of the test solutions once they have reacted to form a reading? It says toxic gasses but not sure if thats the test bittles themselves or the solutions together.

I just pour mine down the drain, rinse the tube out with hot water, let air dry or use a paper towel to dry it out. That small amount isn't going to hurt anything going down the drain, plus a lot of people have ammonia in their tap water.
