It takes about 6-8 weeks to cycle a tank.. it will be impossible to keep the breeding tank cycled during the breeding period. I would just focus on conditioning and then the breeding itself, and after.. the fry are so delicate, the bacteria dying off in the sponge filter, etc, could cause many deaths.
