Omega is one of the faves in my house - I think about 20 of mine LOVE it. It's actually pretty healthy to feed as the main staple if you wish.

Your bloated fish may be bloated due to the old food you fed him.. would stop feeding him until he goes back to normal, let his system digest and rid itself of the food. A few years.. it's gone stale.. it's like us eating a bag of pretzels that have been open for a few years - not that appetizing.

I feed both NLS and Omega One and everyone seems to like them both equally. My first boy, Taro, was fed exclusively Omega One for the first few months and he seemed to do well on it. :)
