So I think I have the plants where I want them and the boys have been settled in for a couple weeks now and I think they are loving it...However, my favorite section is empty :( I'm sure eventually another betta will be happy to live there, but for a while it will still be my lost boy's home...
Each portion is 5 gallons and has different plants...I'm sure the look of each portion will change over the next few years, but for now I'm loving the wood and river look...I also lined the plants on the sides to make a more natural divider to cut down on stress since it's hard for them to see eachother.

Yes, I measured it out and then when to Lowes...I was going to do glass, but their cutter thing was broken and it would have cost me 3x as much...I have to put a support to keep it from bowing when I do large water changes, but other than that it's working out great...
Wow. That's beautiful!! It's a 20 gallon long? I was planning on doing that with mine, but I have large driftwoods that I couldn't fit if I divided it. But I plan to get another 20 gallon long and doing that. It's my dream! lol XD

It is a 20 long...I had to buy driftwood to fit in it 'cause I also had large pieces lol! I was doing this project on a low budget that turned into a buy everything for it anyway...
