Khmer Rouge, it means Red Cambodia, which was the name of a fearsome communist army back in the 60's, and it looks fitting since he's red, cambodian, and fierce looking :)
I know you've probably settled on a name already but if its any consolation... I like: Diablo, cuz he's red and feisty looking and Craven, because it means a person who is timid and you said you wanted a name to reflect his personality! Hope that helps!
