I only offered if he continued to be shy and clamped, but flaring and now swimming over there.. he's starting to adjust.
I lowered it a tad more and he opened up and started swimming around, he only likes to do it when I'm not looking though. He also seems to love watching basketball... I always get super excited when he opesn his fins though!

im not sure if I can save him at this point. He hasnt eaten a thing sense I got him and i have tried a few times today. I did see him spit out some food but thats the best I got. When I saw him swimming to to surface I noticed what looked like a blister on his stomach between his pelvic fins. I dont know any quick cures for constipation and I dont have espom salts.

Im really not sure its constipation. Is it normal for a betta to have a white anus?

best shot i could get
