Fish Food

So my plan is to have a 10 gallon with 1 Betta 4-5 pygmy corys and a few ghost or cherry shrimp or a few of each shrimp. I'm wondering what is the best food for these different types of fish and shrimp. I know variety is key but some suggestions on food would be great.

Bloodworms (For treat, I get the Frozen one)
Pellets (Recommend NLS or Omega)
Tropical flakes

I would have a good pellet, such as New Life Spectrum or Hikari, for the betta, and a nice sinking tablet for the shrimp and cories. It needs to be one on which the primary ingredient is something meaty, like fish or shrimp, rather than an algae tablet, as cories are omnivores. The shrimp will nom on that, scavenge and nibble algae. :)
