Fail once on the final lap I was in 4th, got a boo , passed 3rd and 2nd, and boo stole me a spiny shell. used it and won by a landslide. :D

haha you can tell someone's age by what their favorite mario kart is....i first played it on SNES but much prefer the N64 release.

i prefer the n64 version, same with the Super Smash Bros on n64.

At least 10 of my friends have that game on their Wii, which is why I'm addicted to it even though I go crazy and get last place. It's still fun.

Ditto. Mario Kart is one of the greatest game series out there in my opinion. 64 was the big highlight for me as well, but I do enjoy them all. MK Wii is a close 2nd. I don't have an N64 anymore, but I do enjoy it on my PC from time to time

It's odd looking back at those games that blew me away visually, and playing them again now. How things have changed...
