The Jacques's are here!

A total of 12 are now drip-acclimating and very much alive from TheShrimpFarm.com. I ordered them last Tuesday, so I was afraid for their arrival, but they made it all in-tact! I'm so excited to get them in the tank.

I'm calling them the, "Jacques's" because of the shrimp from Finding Nemo.
:P

Hahaha, mine are all called Jaquesclean (pronounced Jah-clean) after Jaques in Nemo and their wonderful hair algae cleaning ability! Love the names!

Adorable! Haha. I'm not sure if most of mine are too young; but I only see a possible 3-4 females? (The color and vibrancy being what I'm relating that to. Haha.)

They're probably just really young. Mine grew after having them for a few weeks and I now have 2 definitely females and one that could go either way lol. She's about half of the size of the other 2 but waaay brighter than one (the same brightness as the other)

I'll have to keep an eye on them and see how they develop. I didn't want too many to start off with. C:

It'll be exciting to see how Niklaus handles them and such. (Just a few days away.~ ) If he gets along/tolerates them I may get some more.

Very nice, very nice! I love the landscaping with the different depths! I totally wanted to do that in my tank but didn't have the patience/enough gravel to cap my soil lmao!

Thank you! I really wanted different depths in there to help out the shrimp, and to give it more of an interesting feel with a bit more "naturalism" to it.

Hahaha. Definitely used a TON for this project; no regrets though.
;D
